Orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We accept Cash on Delivery (COD). Prices are listed in BDT and may change without notice.

Shipping & Delivery

• Inside Dhaka: Free delivery
• Outside Dhaka: ৳120 charge
• Delivery time: 7–10 working days

Delivery delays may occur due to external factors.

Returns & Refunds

• Return within 4–7 days depending on location
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and with tags
• No return on sale or customized items

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
